All about Liquiditeam
Liquiditeam works at the intersection of three exciting worlds: Professional Sports, the Creator Economy, and Blockchain.
Our core product is the modular, blockchain-based SaaS solution LT Fan Platform. This enables clubs, professional athletes, and creators to create their own tokenized community for their fans to provide them with exclusive content, experiences and interactions away from the major social media platforms. In addition, LT Fan Platform enables our customers to build their own business models around their community in no time.
With our LT Sports Invest, we also enable new innovative forms of financing around digital securities.
Our customers include Borussia Dortmund, NBA player Dennis Schröder and T3 Motorsports.
Your Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic working student who wants to be part of our start-up’s team. We need you to look after our football fan ecosystem and make our users’ happiness your focus. We count on your enthusiasm to assist our customers with their inquiries, give proactive guidance, and make them feel like the most important person in the room.
As a Customer Happiness Agent, you will be our customers’ first point of contact. You will receive their questions, input, and feedback on how we can improve our product and strengthen our brand. Hence, you will be collaborating closely with the product development and marketing circles. You share direct feedback from our customers so we can constantly refine the app, based on their wishes and needs.
Your Skills and Experience
- You are well-versed in both, English and German
- You are passionate about providing users with an amazing user experience
- You excel at communicating in written and live
- Thanks to your extensive experience with using social media, online communities, forums, or the like, you are fluent in online communication, both in terms of tools as well as culture.
- You are a friendly and supportive individual
- You are a proactive problem-solver
- You want to be part of a work environment that is focused on achieving excellent results in a highly dynamic, quickly changing environment
